Topind Construction Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Topind”) is a professional company that provides construction solutions for buildings. We uphold the mission of “let residents have their own houses” and hope to become the preferred provider of building products for customers. At present, our business covers eight major modules including architectural design, scaffolding formwork engineering, steel structure, facades engineering, aluminum engineering, modular housing, BIPV and construction robots.

 

In the traditional construction field, we mastered construction techniques such as buckle scaffolding technology, steel pipe scaffolding technology, aluminum form-work technology and plywood form-work technology since 2005. In the field of steel structures, we are the business branch of NCC group to promote and sell steel structures in overseas markets, and accumulate rich design and production experience. In the field of metal facades and aluminum engineering, we the same have a wealth of experience in design and production. In the field of industrial production process, we have long been in the field of hardware and plastic manufacturing continues to precipitate, mastered the processing technology of metal and plastic materials. In the field of science and technology field, thanks to our accumulation of solar energy storage technology and ability to develop robotics, we are able to apply these technologies to the future of buildings and construction to make technology work for us.

 

In 2008, China began investing in large-scale infrastructure, which led to a leap in the development of infrastructure technology. The emergence of various new materials, processes, and technologies like bamboo shoots after spring rain. In 2013, “The Belt and Road” strategy enabled China’s construction technology to be exported, bringing Chinese construction technology to overseas markets. The demand for overseas residential markets, especially for economically underdeveloped regions such as Asia (Southeast Asia), Africa, Latin America, and some underdeveloped countries in the Middle East are our attention focus. Benefit from our years of accumulated construction experience, it is the mission of Topind create affordable residential products that ordinary people can afford, in order to improve the health and living standards of local community and to lift them out of poverty. In the future, we will continue to explore technologies related to new materials, processes, and methods to serve our mission.

 

In 2024, we were fortunate to be joined by a well-know Chinese design firm -Hordor  Design Group, which greatly enhanced our capabilities in the fields of architectural design, structural design, interior design and landscape design, enabling us to provide our clients with one-stop services from schematic design, material supply to installation & construction, so as to minimize construction costs and create greater value for customers.
