Since 2008, the company has been deeply engaged in the aluminum honeycomb panel and aluminum composite panel sector for exterior walls, accumulating 18 years of hands-on industry experience, strong technical expertise in materials and processes, and mature capabilities in project implementation. It also provides supporting steel structure services to ensure the overall integrity of curtain wall systems, efficiently meeting the needs of integrated project construction.

2024 | Expansion: Entering the Photovoltaic Cleaning Sector

Topind made a strategic investment in Xiamen Watersprayelephant Cleaning Technology Co., Ltd. As a technology pioneer in China's PV cleaning equipment sector, Watersprayelephant's automated cleaning robots are widely applicable to building exteriors, curtain walls, BAPV, BIPV, ground-mounted centralized PV plants, and other scenarios. Through this strategic move, Topind is able to extend full-lifecycle operation and maintenance services for building products to its customers, creating additional project value.

2025 | Breakthrough: Entering BIPV (Building-Integrated Photovoltaics)

In line with the national dual-carbon strategy and the broader trend toward green building, the company invested in and built a BIPV production line in Wuxi, officially entering the building-integrated photovoltaics field. The BIPV curtain wall system is a next-generation advanced building façade solution that deeply integrates photovoltaic functionality into the building envelope. It can replace traditional glass façades, combining building envelope protection with clean energy generation—highly suited to sustainable and green building projects. BIPV achieves an organic integration of architectural aesthetics and solar power generation, representing a core innovation direction for energy-efficient building design and smart city development. A complete production line and mature, stable manufacturing processes provide a solid hardware foundation and technical assurance for the delivery of BIPV projects.

2026 | Innovation: Advancing GFRM New Decorative Building Materials

The company has entered into in-depth industry-academia-research collaboration with the Department of Chemical Engineering at Xiamen University of Technology, successfully developing a new GFRM decorative material for interior and exterior building walls. This material closely replicates the natural texture of stone, wood, and other materials, while offering high strength, lightweight, and high flame-retardant properties—earning strong recognition and favor among architects and property owners.
